Our production team can produce panels cut to size via our state-of-the-art beam saws; all machining is carried out in-house to reduce lead times and maintain the chain of custody certification on FSC® products. Using the latest optimisation and production software, we identify the most efficient cutting patterns to ensure that, wherever possible, we minimise waste and reduce costs wherever possible.

We offer precision profiling services in order to create bespoke forms, edges, and contours. Our advanced machinery and extensive expertise ensures that we always deliver consistent results across complex designs, whether for decorative finishes or functional components.

Further to profiling, we also offer profile wrapping, allowing the aesthetics of sheet materials to be enhanced to your specification. We are able to apply decorative foils or laminates to profiles, creating a seamless finish that resists wear and improves longevity. This process allows customers to achieve tailored looks that match their design requirements without compromising on performance.

For our larger sheet materials, we also offer laminating in order to add stability and visual appeal to our materials. Our laminating lines can apply a wide range of decorative and functional surfaces, including various vinyls and foils. As with all of our additional services, we perform this in house to ensure we maintain the consistent high quality that we pride ourselves in, whilst also offering flexibility in design and application.

Our bonding line specialises in applying metal and laminate finishes, including Plastisol, coated steel and foodsafe laminates, directly onto sheet materials such as plywood and multipro. This process creates a durable, high-performance composite that combines the strength and resilience of metal with the versatility of engineered wood products.
