Fire Hardwood Plywood

Intended to be used wherever fire protection is the first priority, for example in boat construction. The flame retardant process is water based and although all processed panels are kiln-dried after treatment, it is inevitable that traces of flame retardant chemicals will remain and must be removed before application. Our flame retardant plywood panels are classified in accordance with BS EN 13501 and require sanding before further production such as bonding or laminating.
